Responsibilities
- Assist in planning
innovation events and calendar for the organisation.
- Tracking and
maintaining the inventory of Innovation organisation.
- Plan coordination with
external partners for Innovation events.
- Streamline facility
utilization (as per defined scope and services)
- Coordinate and manage
Innovation facility management activities
- To maintain accurate
record of all contracts signed for organisation and responsible for their
timely renewals.
- Handle Separation/
Offboarding related tasks from ADMIN side.
- General Administration
work.
Requirements:
- Minimum graduate in
Commerce / Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years’
experience in Administration / asset management/ logistics preferably in
an IT industry.
- Good administrative,
communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and
under pressure, general business systems knowledge.
