Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working with all GTDP
Project Managers for project Online Financial queries.
- Creating SAP report
for Admin.
- Working with Admin and
Finance to reconcile Project Financials.
- Managing a centralized
tracker for upcoming financial milestone payments.
- Working with admin to
post project financials in right category and with right nomenclature.
- Working on expense
report from SAP.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in
computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field
equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of admin and
financial and Quality Management experience. Excel in Microsoft Excel,
previous experience in financial reconciliations.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written) and ability to
deal with different levels of people within the organisation, analysis and
synthesis capabilities, financial tracking, Expertise in Microsoft
packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
